Report Card Creation
Completed worksheet data automatically pre-builds each participant’s report card, eliminating duplicate entry and reducing end-of-session administration. Participant details, skill results, and the recommended next level are populated automatically, leaving instructors to highlight strengths and areas for development, review the information, add a manual or AI-assisted comment, and publish the finished report.
Public Report Preview
The digital report card gives participants and families a clear, easy-to-read view of swimming progress, including program details and skill-by-skill results. Because reports are stored online, families no longer need to worry about paper copies being lost, misplaced, or damaged at the pool. A single family login can also provide access to report cards for every participant in the household, with the option to view or download completed reports at any time.
Analytic Reporting
The Analytics page turns worksheet results into detailed pass and developing statistics across your organization. Compare outcomes by location, instructor, level, and individual skill to identify progression trends, skills that may require additional focus, and differences in results across programs. These insights give administrators access to data that is difficult to compile from paper worksheets, helping support curriculum reviews, instructor development, and more informed program decisions.

Administrators can quickly view the total number of levels, participants by location, level-completion results, total worksheets and report cards, and family report-card open rates—all from one centralized screen.
